- TTTheBigbass317Mar 28, 20261.0"held at post office, at customer request" i never requested that nor was i informed of that. i was fricking asleep. i now have to go out of my way to go get it while i am currently too sick to even speak. the number listed is not the actual post office number, not that it matters though because when you call the actual number that goes to this building they just dont answer and let it time out multiple times in a row. the worst part is i cant request redelivery i think because it says i requestes it to be held. why would you do something like this -_-

I have seen and heard people behave harshly toward these employees over things they don’t have the power to control. They are understaffed, serving too large an area so the line gets long and people get impatient. Nobody likes to go the post office - it’s an errand. But I have regularly watched patient, kind, cheerful customers treated with kindness, joviality and recognition.
- ARAlexander RobertsMar 6, 20261.0DO NOT USE EDDM services. I paid $655.00 to have mail delivered to 4 routes for business post cards. They did not deliver any of the 2700 post cards. I have called every number they have provided including the refund number listed all 3 numbers have given me the run around so I'm out $655 dollars and the cost of the 2700 post cards. Worst experience. It's been almost a month now still getting run around. Still no refund.

We scheduled an appointment in advance, arrived 10 minutes before our appointment time as instructed, and were told the man who does the passports was on a break. We were not helped until an hour after our scheduled appointment time. Not because they were busy but because the guy was on a break when there were scheduled appointments. I’m all for folks getting a break, but my time is also important.
