We scheduled an appointment in advance, arrived 10 minutes before our appointment time as instructed, and were told the man who does the passports was on a break. We were not helped until an hour after our scheduled appointment time. Not because they were busy but because the guy was on a break when there were scheduled appointments. I’m all for folks getting a break, but my time is also important.

I received a notice that packages were on the way... then right after received ANOTHER notice that delivery was attempted but my "mail box was full". There was never an attempt made, and neither of these packages (a small welding machine and 2 side tables) would have even FIT in my mailbox. This Post Office is lazy, not the first issue I've had, but this affected Christmas. Get employees that actually want too work. 😠 I now have to arrange to pick up packages at the post office that should have/ could have been delivered and left at my door as requested.
