- RTRusty Twigg4 days ago1.0I am normally very anti leaving a bad review but it was a very unpleasant situation. Evidently I was supposed to print the label. They charged me for printing it at the store which I understand. But on top of that they charged me $3 to open the email to print the label. And they were not even pleasant about it. I would recommend going elsewhere.

I had to troubleshoot for almost 20 minutes trying to send the documents over to be printed and they patiently waited, taking care of other customers. She explained each cost to me and helped me stay around my budget area. This place and these employees were a pleasure. I normally don’t stop at this UPS store but I definitely will from now on. I will do all my printing and laminating here. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience.

I asked cant you take the package and send it out ground mail on Monday , which I was told no! Had to drive up to the UPS store in Spanish Fort who took the package and told me it was no problem to send package out on ground mail on Monday.
