  The associates are always friendly, helpful, and kind. My packages are received in a timely manner and I would highly recommend this store for all your shipping needs.

  Update – August 11, 2025: The store reached out to me today and refunded me the difference for the mistake. I appreciate them taking the time to make it right. August 9, 2025: 1 Star I had to ship a computer to someone and told the clerk I needed tracking, but it only needed to arrive by next weekend, before the 18th. She said the cheapest option with tracking was UPS 2-Day for $225. I didn’t think twice, paid, and left. Later at home, I checked and realized ground shipping also offers tracking. Through PirateShip, I could have bought a ground label for $33. I went back to the store before closing, but the package had already gone out. I didn’t bother asking for a refund—though I probably should have. To make matters worse, they charged me $13 for “packing material,” even though I had already wrapped the computer securely myself, sandwiched between two styrofoam panels, fully covered in bubble wrap, and taped tight. Lesson learned: always check your options before you ship, and don’t assume the store is giving you the best deal. Services like PirateShip can save you a lot of money and ensure you’re getting the true lowest rate. I would have used it from the start if I’d had a box ready. I just didn’t expect to be overcharged on both shipping and packing.

  I went in because I needed to have some papers notarized. And for 5 sheets of paper to be notarized was an astounding 50$ I think they shouldn’t mention hey this will cost you 10$ per sheet of paper. That we notarize. It was a 5$ notary fee per paper then a 5$ clarical fee per sheet of paper. None of this was mentioned til after it was done. If I had known this I would have waited. And gotten an appointment at my bank. But due to COVID it’s a 1-2 week wait. For that. But still 50$ is outrageous. She only had to fill out one spot in her book and do 5 signatures and stamps this is highway robbery and. I’ll be glad to let everyone know how expensive this is and how the ups store will not receive any of my business ever again. I’ll use fedex or DHL OR ANYONE ELSE WHO WILL PROBABLY TELL ME HEY. This will be 10$ per sheet of paper.
