I went in looking for a computer-- they couldn't answer basic questions about the computer's capabilities. When I ultimately decided to buy the computer, I spent 20 minutes waiting in two separate lines only to have an employee tell me she didn't know whether or not they had it in stock and I'd have to wait longer for her to help other customers before she could go check. Save yourself a headache and just go to Best Buy.
