  There is a lady that works at the UPS in the Cullman shopping center and she is amazing! I'm in there about everyday and she is always there with a smile on her face, she is fast and gets me in and out fast! Please don't ever lose this lady, she is dedicated and a very hard worker!! I pray y'all are treating her good and keeping her up with raises, she has been loyal to this store for so long thank you for your dedication and your welcoming smile KATELYN❣️✝️

  This UPS Store is THE BEST! I had a very difficult shipment (dry ice). Unfortunately my box was initially too big and the contents were too heavy for their requirements. Avery and Kelsy worked with me to help me bring the box into compliance so that I could ship it. They went above and beyond what I would have expected from an agent handling a customer with all of my issues. They were genuinely committed to helping me ship my package. I am hopeful that their leaders recognize the gems they have in these 2 hard working customer service agents!

  Wish i could give negative stsrs. Awful staff. 😖 watched me wait In line for an hour patiently and in great spirits, all while toting a 50" tv alone. I am fully disabled and was happy to finally get to my Turn. Relief turned to disbelief when i was told me my return wasnt taped well enough and would not be "accepted" by their driver. Instead og owning their decision, she chose to blame it on someone unseen. The lady helping me said, "well we can sell you 2 rolls of tape for 10$..." but never produced the tape smh and Instead just stood there just looking at me. I would of paid the outrageous price and finished my return, but instead left and bought tape elsewhere. After using 100' of tape I returned. my Amazon package was accepted. I contacted Amazon and to my chagrin was told that the store was supposed to tape up my order and I never 😐 had to wrap it to begin with let alone wrap it to be told it wasn't good enough!!! I ended up schlepping a big screen tv in and out then in and out once again all alone 😔. The staff never offered to help, or told me i could leave the tv and come back with tape or tape it there. I told her you know, you could have told me this before i waited so long and was met with no response. I have been coming to this ups store for over 10y and will never come back. I will drive all the way to birmingham or decatur first, and with pleasure. Shame on these staff members 😕
