You have no excuse to be under staff hire more people during the holidays or temp workers. I have had to come up there and get a packages due to animals some which are not even mine. The delivery driver doesn’t want to come down my driveway and make a delivery. Only when they have to. It’s it’s something heavy or more than one package you can bet they aren’t coming. I have filled for missing or undelivered packages since I moved here.
