Went in today with a QR code to scan for a label and the woman working the desk had air pods in her ears and said ' I don't know how to do that only Jennifer know how to do that and she not here today . ' then didn't say sorry or anything to me just walked off . Don't leave employees who don't know how to do basic tasks alone to run a government business .
