Constantly not delivering packages and saying they leave a "notice" but never do. Ridiculous!

If I could I would leave zero stars. Mail is never consistent or correct. Leave mail in my mailbox that doesn’t even belong to me as if my mailbox is a community mail box. Drop my packages at other homes one instance dropped my package at a completely different place then told me they had trouble getting it back. Spoke to post master via in person who didn’t care. They wanted me to open a PO Box to “keep mistakes from happening” no im not opening a P.O. Box because you and your staff can’t do your jobs. Never open at consistent times either they open and close when they want to.

Please know that there is no such thing as “overnight” mail from Cottonwood. There’s something about the way trucks run that make this impossible. I bought everything and was ready to seal the package, asked to be curious...this WILL be there tomorrow, right? No ma’am, we don’t have true overnight. I had to drive to Dothan.

The hours are very strange. We were trying to get passports and instructions were not clear and ended up having to run around to get things resolved. I would probably try elsewhere if you were needing passport services.
