- MMMeagan millsOct 13, 20255.0I love Lanel, Ryan, & all of the people who work at the columbiana office, not sure what all the negative reviews are for- but I have been to this location a million times and never have had anything but a good experience- it’s the USPS’s in other counties and cities that are bad… this one is amazing!

I bagged it up and brought it back to the counter like I was told and then she charged me two dollars for the bag and proceeded to tell me that she can’t mail it as makeup and nail polish are banned because they are flammable. still I was charged for the bag she had me put it in, for something that wasn’t even mailed. she had an awful attitude and her customer service was pathetic. she was rude and acted miserable like she hated her job. $2.33 i could have spent in stamps.
