If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely disgusted in the customer service at this place. There’s an older black woman that works here with orange hair, claims she’s the supervisor but is very bad with respect and satisfaction towards the customer. Or maybe I was just targeted who knows , walked in to get a key or to even get them to possibly resolve my issue of getting my sons Christmas packages out of my mailbox at my complex. Keep in mind I don’t use the mailbox every delivery goes to my front door step and for delivery preference I put front door as well so that decision was made upon themselves. Now I was left with no choice but to call my complex owner/ lease owner. As she’s on the phone she’s telling me nobody has ever had a problem getting a key made or packages delivered at this place so I go that evening after work. I called that morning as I was at work and I could tell she was picking from the jump. I don’t understand people and ugly characters within themselves towards strangers but this is how it went. Walked in to pay for my key with my lease owner on my phone listening to everything. This woman (black woman with orange hair) starts coming at me with the upmost disrespect as soon as I walk up to the counter. Telling me it’s 25 dollars I say “yes ma’am that’s fine” and after that she begins looking at me all funny and says I need my lease to get my packages out of a mailbox I don’t use?? Okay so my lease owner also says on the phone nobody in the complex has a physical copy, only digital in Gmail. So I pull up a digital copy, she refused to see my phone , she refused to talk to my lease holder, she refused to touch my phone because “I look like I have a disease or sick”? That’s not something you say to a respectful young man just here to fix a mistake yall made. So I look up online how that goes. Online says only the lease needs to be provided if the complex has privacy policy’s so she’s lying dead to my face. Just refusing my service all in one. Keep in mind there’s many people in here as she’s just unloading on ONLY ME!! She serviced many others as I’m sitting there just ashamed because how is this possibly not fixable when I’m not the one who caused the problem in the first place.? So now my packages are sitting in a unusable mailbox and Im screwed just because they made a mistake and she didn’t want to fix it. I hope karma bites back hard because this woman is completely heartless and should be ashamed that she carries that personality around. If you ask me she doesn’t deserve that supervisor position. WILL BE POSTING IN LOCAL GROUP CHATS. Remove the negativity from these types of workplaces and next time it will be recorded secretly and posted online to see who’s really the problem

I love Lanel, Ryan, & all of the people who work at the columbiana office, not sure what all the negative reviews are for- but I have been to this location a million times and never have had anything but a good experience- it’s the USPS’s in other counties and cities that are bad… this one is amazing!

Lanell in the front, I told her I was mailing a make up bag back to my friend in England. she told me to bag it up and fill out a customs report. I bagged it up and brought it back to the counter like I was told and then she charged me two dollars for the bag and proceeded to tell me that she can’t mail it as makeup and nail polish are banned because they are flammable. still I was charged for the bag she had me put it in, for something that wasn’t even mailed. she had an awful attitude and her customer service was pathetic. she was rude and acted miserable like she hated her job. $2.33 i could have spent in stamps.
