- JHJessica HumphreyOct 25, 20251.0🚨Attention🚨 Be careful what you purchase, apparently companies you order from are shipping things illegally (counterfeit). You pay them for shipping they don’t pay USPS. 🚨USPS WILL THROW YOUR STUFF AWAY. 🚨 I went to pick up a package from COLLINSVILLE POST OFFICE, I had a slip in my mailbox for attempted delivery. The brown curly hair lady with glasses said “we don’t have it here.” It’s Jerry’s route. I heard another lady say “did you call him, what did he say?” the brown curly haired lady with glasses mumbled “I didn’t even call him.” The brown curly haired lady with the glasses then proceeded to tell me that they’ve been receiving packages shipped illegally. She said they either send them back after 14 days or throw them away. Well the brown hair lady said they threw my $30 package with my son’s specialized writing tablets away. Then told me to call and take it up with the company. The delivery attempt was on 10/22 today is 10/25, 3 days. They are supposed to hold it up to 10 days. If they weren’t paid postage from the international shipping they are supposed to give you the opportunity to pay postage. None of this happened, my items were thrown away and I was told to take it up with the company I ordered from. The parcel slip is pictured below minus my address and personal information.

They have always been helpful in every way that they could! So polite! Never have I seen them be rude not once. Having to deal with the public ,thats ses ALOT!
