  The customer service here is great. They're quick, efficient, and super helpful. Oftentimes, I drop off large packages, and as I get out of my truck, someone is coming with a cart to help unload.

  This is my go to since my retirement- they copy and scan documents that I needed sent - they shred sensitive documents I need destroyed- of course they pack and ship - Caleb is an IT genius- this is my office!! Great location - extremely helpful staff - what more do you need!!!

  The new owner Caleb and his staff are exceptional with their customer service.They go above and beyond for my company and we can’t recommend them enough. I always enjoy going to their store.

  Be cautious if you are looking to make an Amazon return. The clerk insisted that I needed a box big enough for all of my products. The thing is Amazon's policy says you only have to bring the items, not a box big enough to ship it. Her reply was to either buy a box or leave. So, I left and immediately called Amazon's customer service who confirmed she was wrong. My advice is don't go back and forth with her.... Call Amazon.
