- JHJeannette HowardDec 1, 20251.0This post office is the postal version of a black hole. Mail goes in and God only knows what happens after that. My packages vanish, show up at random houses, get delivered weeks late, or arrive looking like someone played soccer with them in the parking lot. Every time I file a complaint, they smile, nod, and absolutely nothing changes. It is like talking to a wall that hates its job. They keep insisting everything is fixed while the same chaos keeps happening over and over again. It is laughable at this point. This place gives off the energy of a group project where everyone is asleep. I have seen raccoons dig through trash with more organization. If you want to experience pure frustration, trust this location with anything important. I would genuinely feel better handing my mail to a stranger in a gas station parking lot. This place needs a full reset. New staff, new management, new everything. Until then, avoid it if you actually want your mail to reach the correct address in one piece.s place can't deliver my mail to my house to save it's life

Tracker said it arrived at their place Friday & delivery was supposed to be Saturday but instead it got delivered at 6pm on Monday a melted stinky rotten disgusting fish mess. I’m always getting packages late from this place, or marked as ‘tried but undeliverable’ when I have security cameras all over and not once do they even attempt to make a delivery when they mark my packages with that status. Just a bunch of super lazy employees. This is by far the worst post office I’ve ever had. Id like to move just so I don’t have to deal with my mail arriving damaged and late anymore by inconsiderate people.
