- CSCortnee SimsOct 28, 20211.0A year ago: They lost my package and have been no help locating it. Still to this day no one found the package or could refund me for the items THEY lost. Recently: I tried to mail a package through an app and asked if the package label was correct since I didn’t know how much it weighed and they weighed it and continued to place the label on it and I tried to ask again to make sure that it was correct and the lady said yes and then days later I got charged $14.20 more due to postage weight..
