- HSHunter SmithDec 30, 20255.0I bought a new home, in a brand new subdivision, in Childersburg city. The developer had a ton of problems getting my address listed and it caused my family and I a ton of stress. We couldn’t get necessary utility services, mail delivered, or update our address with anyone we did business with. I called the Childersburg post office and spoke with Dakota who was a masterclass in knowing exactly what situation I was running into. He immediately escalated this to the postmaster Vee. This has to be one of the most kind, professional, and helpful post office I have ever dealt with. Dakota and Dee took me serious, provided updates, know me by name, and helped me get my address listed quickly. I cannot thank them enough for the wonderful service they provided. It is always such a pleasure whenever I need to go to the post office. Thank you both, and everyone else at this branch, for your wonderful hospitality and welcoming my family to the city of Childersburg.

- ALanna leggOct 21, 20191.0My mail is constantly going to my neighbors house or I am recieving pink slips of "we missed you while you were out" when I am at my house the whole day. The 1800 number that it redirects you to when you try to call your local office is very poor quality. Constantly misunderstanding what you say then transfering you to an agent with wait times "between 36 and 89 minutes". We live in a busy world and disorganized poor quality like we receive here is the reason usps is getting replaced with more and more companies provodong better service with humans answering the phones in a timely manner.
