She came back out to parking area to having me come in for refund! This has never happened to me. While she was busy her associate came out quickly to help others to avoid waiting. The post master at this location can be somewhat rude, and the staff have been known to be lazy and not get out of their vehicle to deliver your package to the door. Otherwise, they have never lost or destroyed any of my mail, so that is a plus.
