The associate looked at my pdf and seen they were in back and white. Because I was was getting color copy’s of pictures. When she asked if I wanted them in color I said yes not the hold packet of nothing but black and white copy’s. Then when I asked they were rude it was an obvious price gouge. I seen here reviewing the document she knew better. Not kind not helpful.
