- SPStarrajah PendletonApr 7, 20261.0I have called here multiple times yesterday all just to talk to a robot because I guess they were too busy to answer the phones. The carrier put my mail in my old mailbox which they have never done before they always put my old mailbox in the new mailbox what made yesterday any different I have no idea , I wish I didn’t have to give this place a star because they don’t deserve it.

The lady behind the counter called the mail carrier, asked them if they had to package for re delivery. I was then able to sign for it electronically, and the package was left at my door stop. She saved me a trip back to the post office!
