- LMLisa McDonaldApr 11, 20265.0I've never had a bad experience here with the staff or service. Normally there is only one person working and when it's super busy, they handle it with grace and professionalism. Just came in on a Saturday, 15 minutes before close, one person working and the system froze, she had to restart. It delayed everyone and she was great. Kept it friendly, kept it going, and smooth sailing once it was up and running. Even when people are rude to the staff (for things outside their control) they handle it with patience.

- AFAnnie FuquaDec 23, 20251.0I have had this post office refuse to give me a box when I needed to ship something. Said I needed to bring my own box when there were plenty of boxes lining the walls. Also it is the week of Christmas and I'm trying to send Christmas cards out and look what their outdoor drop off box looks like. Seriously, who does this?!? If you need to send mail in Northern Alabama, take the time to go anywhere else you possibly could go besides here. Because more often than not you will actually end up somewhere else anyway... T_T
- MPMike PaulDec 2, 20251.0I brought the same type of box I’ve been bringing for almost 4 years. The worker behind the counter said I couldn’t use that box because of what it said. It’s a post office box. Regardless of what type of box it is, I’ve been recycling these boxes, again, for almost 4 years. So you know what I did? I went down the road to another location and they shipped it. Come on what’s the problem here.
