- JMJulie MerchantNov 10, 20251.0I use this store several times a week for returns and I’ve not said anything until now. But last week was the last straw. Three employees in the store, all maybe high school or college age, and not one of them have any business working with the public. They’re rude as hell, and if you god forbid have to ask them a question they acted like it’s asking them to donate a kidney to answer. This place is saved by only ONE employee, Ashlyn, who is always kind, professional and efficient. She multi tasks like a queen. When I came in the next time it was early she was alone in the store. Yet she waited on 5 customers including me (and I had several items) all with a smile. She didn’t huff or puff, she dint roll her eyes. She smiled. And said good morning. I told her what I’d experienced the last few times I’d been in and she said those ppl “bully her to death “. Those are her words. Bullying is unacceptable in any atmosphere. Please tell me you’ll address these issues as I’ve seen there are other complaints like mine about the same situation. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

She always gets my prints done within the hour, and she always asks about my little girl, she is an amazing attribute.
