- KWKaitlyn WestApr 13, 20241.0I would rate 0 if I could. I had waited on a package for a trip that was 3 days late because of DHL and tracking showed it would be delivered the day I was leaving. I’m a pregnant woman that was waiting on a maternity swimsuit. Since my package was clearly at the post office, I went to the post office on Saturday morning to try to catch my package before it got put on the truck. The women in the back sorting the mail refused to help me or even answer a question, instead yelling at me through a wooden door that they don’t open until 9. Literally I couldn’t wait until 9 because by then my package would be on a truck and I wouldn’t be home but these women were so rude and wouldn’t listen to a word I said. For public servants, y’all need to do better for the community you serve.
