CUSTOMERS BEWARE - As of 2/19/2026, the scale to the right side of the clerk desk is SIGNIFICANTLY off from being calibrated properly. Had questions about a package that was over my expected weight the other day (Weighed 7lb 13.8 oz when I weighed it on my home scale at around 4 lbs), and today went back in with another package and had them confirm my suspicions. On the left scale (From the customers prespective), my package weighed 15.7 oz, and on the right scale my exact same package weighed 1 lb 12.5 oz. That is a HUGE difference, and I can't imagine that people haven't been being essentially robbed as a result of this. Filed a complaint through their god awful customer support lines, but I wouldn't expect this issue to be resolved very quickly.

If you like to be treated like dirt while also not completing your business, this is a great location. If you'd like to be treated with common decency and be able to go about your mailing needs, pick literally any other post office. It's not gonna happen here.

I misplaced my mailbox key and needed a replacement key on. First, I filled out a replacement form and paid the $25 on Oct 13, 2025. I went back a week later since the phone wasn't working at the PO only to find the paperwork from a week ago still there and that the person that makes the keys was on medical leave, there was no backup person. I went back a week later and was given the address of the Post Office HQ. No phone number, I had to find that on my own. I asked for the mail to be held, only to go back to the local PO and find out that I needed to fill out a yellow card (which there was no place to enter my zip code or apt #). Now, six weeks later, still no replacement key and only hoping that my mail is being held. Thus the reason(s) for the one star rating
