Sometimes you can kill a person with kindness. I guess she didn’t get anything for Valentine’s Day because her attitude showed it.

Customer service is awful, it closes for lunch, the internet and debit machine is down all the time, workers will be at the counter but will tell you they don't work the front so can't assist you, you will have to come back, mail delivery is horrible. I can go on and on but it is extremely unacceptable and disappointing. I can not believe that a government agency would allow this.
