- ACAlisha ChristonNov 29, 20251.0This post office sucks!!! They always closed! I’ve never seen people always on lunch when you never opened to work in the first place! Then when they do open if you’re in luck, their attitudes is the worst! Like if yall hate your job please find another one. This is not all! They lost my packages TWICE and act like it’s my fault and said call number which won’t help because my packages still lost TO THIS DAY!! At this point I think they just take folks stuff home! ONLY REASON IM LEAVING ONE STAR IS BECAUSE THEY WONT ALLOW ME TO LEAVE A NEGATIVE 10!!! I wouldn’t refer this place to a dead bird!!! ATP shut em down!!

- RSRachel ShawApr 22, 20241.0I just left to have 2 packages shipped and returned. The front desk attendant, I didn’t get her name I arrived around 12:55 pm on today 4/22/2024. The heavy set black woman at the front desk with wig on was not helpful at all. She rushed me out stating that I needed tape and I normally use the label to close small packages. She also told me that it looked like my packages should be shipped through ups and clearly my labels had usp. Then she basically rushed me out the store, I stated that I would go to a different location and I’m glad I did.. This place is horrible and now I know why I don’t patronize the hood because of the customer service given . This place is horrible and just non customer service driven. I wish I can rate this place less than 1 star 🌟
