- TWTiffany WatsonAug 28, 20191.0Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. They will give away your package without checking for ID or without proof that the package is really yours. I escalated to customer relations but never got my package back or was reimbursed my money. The last I heard was that the manager was going to view the surveillance from the day they gave my package to but of course I never heard anything back from him either. Somebody got a free package unless one of the workers kept it for themselves. Please do not use this postal service location. They do not follow protocol and will just give your stuff to anyone. I wish I could give zero stars.
