DO NOT TRY TO GET A PASSPORT FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!! You have to make an appointment for a scheduled time, then they will cancel it the DAY OF the appointment. This happened to me TWICE. The second time, they called as I was pulling into the parking lot. Cancelled the appointment 30 mins before the appointment time. I had to take off work both times and lost wages and time. Be warned! They are pathetic when it comes to customer service.

Very unprofessional and disrespectful staff. The black/AA lady on the far left end has repeatedly been unbelievably rude and racist. After ignoring my presence for 5 minutes with no one else line, she helped the black people that came in and got in line behind me, asking them to come forward around me. Once she finally decided to help me, she was so nasty to me in every comment. I was bothering her by buying stamps. Only at the end, she made joking comments asking me rate her well in the survey. Several weeks later, the same lady, scolded and belittled my daughter while trying to get her passport. “I cant believe Im going to help you since you don't have an appointment” - appointments are not required. Really not sure how this continues with years of the same comments……

This place is ridiculous. Nobody there wants to work, for the whole 1 person that's ever there at the counter. My packages are constantly kept in the assumed mess they have in the back and take infinitely longer to get to me than they should, same with mail that I never see. Currently looking into getting a refund and moving my PO box elsewhere. Do NOT get a box here.

Our family were blow away by how patient, kind, and helpful the staff was today as we got passports. They answered all of our questions and made sure our experience was a 10/10. We’ll be back to see Ms. Lewis and Shi.

I had a horrible experience more than once here. Unfortunately it’s the closest one to where I live. The workers act like they don’t want to help you, and they get annoyed by questions. It’s not a very welcoming environment. Honestly the two ladies that were there today need to be fired. If I could give 0 stars I would. If you guys want to improve, maybe think about actually be nicer to customers, and then being empathetic when delivery/ passport issues arise. It is not anyone’s fault if you dislike your job, don’t take it out on an innocent people.
