- BVBruce Vick4 days ago1.0Absolutely the worst service I could even imagine. I ordered from bass pro shop. The package came this facility on time, then it went to sanfransisco Ca for a few days, then it was returned back to this facility again. A few days late it finally came to my address which is only 74 miles away. Did make mail in payments, until they would pay in this facility for up to six days at a time, defaulting my payments, prompting hefty late fees. Very undependable, I have a package that has s leaving there tonight at mid night 03/02/26 replied it was on time to be delivered 03/05/26 when it leaves there it should be here the next day. We will see. Extremely disappointed with USPS.

No one ever picks up the phone, I've had to go through customs support 3 times only for the same issues to come up again and again. 3 support case numbers later and I'm still trying to get my package delivered because they don't believe someone lives at my apartment. The mail box is empty, the lights are on, what more do you people need?

She took my info checked the whole store till she found my shoes. Oh high I thank her ! Much appreciated knowing that someone cares about the people. She is amazing.
