Needed to be said a second time how horrible they are and how much of a burden they have caused me financially and with every subsequent thing we have had to do to compensate for the lost time of my package not being delivered despite paying for overnight.

Paid for that tier of shipping and without consent or notice these incompetents put my keys on USPS. 3 days later (the tracking #'s arrival date) they made it a whopping 20 minutes down the road to Bessemer, and 15 days later my package is still lost in the shuffle somewhere at some USPS Facility. Worst service I have ever used and dealt with, never spend your money here. Go literally anywhere else to get your items shipped. They don't deserve to be trusted with your items or a single penny you worked hard for. Here I am 2 weeks later with no end in sight without my car and house keys, a fat airport parking bill, and mobile locksmith bill. Shame on store owner, manager, and staff.
