I rarely write negative reviews, but this situation deserves one.
This UPS Store lost a $900 Tumi suitcase that belonged to my partner, and the way it was handled afterward was just as bad as the loss itself. There was no sense of urgency, no ownership of the problem, and no real effort to help resolve it. We were essentially brushed off and left to deal with the fallout on our own.
What makes this worse is that this isn’t surprising given how the store operates. Nearly every time I’ve been in, the place looks disorganized and chaotic. Packages stacked everywhere, counters cluttered, and staff who seem overwhelmed or disengaged. It does not inspire confidence when you’re trusting them with valuable items.
Losing a high-end piece of luggage is bad. Acting like it’s not a big deal is worse.
If you’re shipping or leaving anything of value here, understand the risk. Customer service, accountability, and basic organization are clearly not priorities at this location.
I will not be returning.

I had an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience at the UPS Store on Douglas Baker Blvd.
I entrusted this location with shipping my Tumi carry-on suitcase valued at $950, and they lost it. The moment I walked into the store, it was in complete disarray—packages everywhere, no clear organization, and an overall chaotic, unprofessional atmosphere. I should have trusted my gut and walked out.
Packages were not being properly labeled or secured, and now that my suitcase is missing, the store is attempting to shift blame to the driver rather than taking responsibility. Even worse, they refuse to escalate my claim and will not allow me to contact the store owner. There has been zero accountability.
I am a business professional who travels and ships frequently every year, and this is by far one of the most careless and unprofessional shipping experiences I’ve ever had. Losing a high-value item and then stonewalling the customer afterward is completely unacceptable.
I will never ship via UPS again, and I strongly advise others—especially anyone shipping valuable items—to avoid this location entirely.

The staff was jovial and giggly with all her white customers. She was dry, non chalant and matter fact with me. The only black customer in there at the time.

Awful! The woman who waited on me 1/6/26 at 3:31 was so unfriendly and rude. She could have cared less about public image, just mad at the world. The place always looks disorganised not like any other UPS store I’ve been in. Won’t be back.
