About 2 weeks ago my husband contacted Dallas at this UPS store about mailing a dirtbike to Alaska. He was 100% helpful, quick, and packed that bike so well it was in perfect condition when it arrived. While working on packing and prepping for shipping Dallas was in contact with us every step of the way. Not to mention we got the bike in less than a week. I was 100% pleased with the service I received!

UPS Crestline: hospitable above all I’ve been to the UPS Store in Crestline Village maybe two dozen times over the past few years. It’s where I go for small business printing. At this point, it’s become one of the few places I can walk into knowing exactly what to expect—reliable service, quick turnaround and communication, and no unexpected issues. During my most recent visit, I dropped the file off as well as some card stock in odd sizes to save a little money. Unbeknownst to me, there was a sizing issue with the file which made conversion to the poster size more difficult than it should’ve been. Again, I was unaware there was an issue and only learned of it when I figured out there were more posters than paper I gave. Who knows how long it took them to fix, be it five seconds, five minutes, or longer, the bottom line is, they fixed it, and the product was as good as always. That kind of behind-the-scenes professionalism is rare, and it’s part of what keeps me coming back. And while the UPS Store is, of course, a national brand, this particular location has never felt “corporate.” The people who work there remember us. They ask about our kids. Some of them attend our schools, live on our streets, and know our families by name. I’m not suggesting we blur the line between chain and small business—there’s a real and important difference—but I am saying that this crew operates with the care, consistency, and community presence that many of us associate with true local businesses. That matters. But that’s not even why I’m writing this review. Though I should’ve written it along time ago. I’m writing because during that recent visit with the poster board, I happened to bring my four-year-old daughter with me for the first time. Like any curious preschooler, she immediately gravitated to the greeting cards, eyeing them and giggling at the doggies and cartoons. Meanwhile, I was talking through the order with one of the employees. That’s when she started collecting what appeared to be her personal card deck. She had turned a tidy display into hoarded Hallmarks. Then, out of the corner of my eye, I saw the general manager see my daughter and walk around from behind the counter…and I braced myself for the correction I expected was coming. I did not step in — it takes a village, y’all — but I joined her. The general manager approached with a warm smile; he didn’t shoo her away. He knelt beside her and asked for her help. He redirected her energy without diminishing her curiosity. Instead of shadowing her or hovering to make sure she did it right, he thanked her and then privately, without my daughter, hearing, explained why he intervened (card placement and location detail) and that he hopes he did not sound or appear rude. Far from it! The opposite. And then, he asked her which card was her favorite—two dogs getting married, of course—handed it to her, and said she could keep it. Duuuuude…that card was legit, probably like five bucks, certainly not some toss-away company swag that’s a dime a dozen. Put yourself in his shoes for a moment. It was the end of the day. He was bringing order to whatever chaos naturally unfolds through the course of a day despite the last-minute wave of post work customers. And across the store somebody’s creating a whole new mess. He had every reason to be indifferent in his correction. While I wouldn’t like it, I could see why he might even be short or curt with her. But he wasn’t. He chose kindness and hospitality. So writing this review gave me a good reason to reflect on why I am a patron to that specific printing shop, especially when I do try to go local as much as possible… I realized that the Crestline UPS Store is not just where I go because it’s close; I go because I trust them with my business—and have done so for years—and now I’m assured that they can always lend a helping hand in guiding my daughter how to navigate the world.

Kayln is an ANGEL! I showed up an hour before close with a monster of an Amazon return order and Kayln was exceptionally helpful in getting everything sorted out. They wanted to be absolutely sure they got all of my 8 packages returned. They even helped me carry a 65 lb package into the store. Kayln made my experience at UPS wonderful, thank you!
