This place is absolutely horrible in EVERY aspect of the word. They treat their MST employees like slaves. They run them in the ground. The good employees are used to the point that their mental health deteriorates rapidly and the bad employees, who do the bare minimum get nothing done to them. They allow patients to talk to the employees like dogs and it’s because their billing system is a complete joke. They take money out of patients accounts after forcing them (if you want to be seen at a clinic) to put their card on file and more times than not, the patient is charged large amounts incorrectly. I honestly don’t blame the patients for how they talk to the only people they are able to ever reach on the phone, the MST team, because it’s ridiculous that they have no way to speak to anyone else. They refuse to have a billing team that patients are ever allowed to speak to and most people hired for MST have no idea how to properly handle or address billing questions and concerns as they weren’t hired for billing and instead just thrown into it and made to do it. Everything about this company is a joke. I highly discourage anyone from going to any Mainstreet location for medical treatment and I highly suggest if you want to work here that you think long and hard about it to determine if you want to take the mental abuse you will deal with working here. They should be shut down.

Charging you for services you did not get. The staff or team cannot give you answers to your billing questions. They constantly give you a run around. I expected better. They have taken $129 from me, but can't tell me why this is a fraudulent company.

Customer service is garbage. This company took $129 off of my credit card without my permission. My insurance company has paid the bill in full, but trying to contact their nonexistent customer service is a nightmare! I have made calls, sent messages, and reached out to the patient portal, all to no avail. This is not a clinic, this is a scam!
With all these people complaining about the same thing, I wonder if we have cause for a class action lawsuit.
My wife visited the clinic in forest city nc 3 weeks ago. She has insurance and paid her copay at the Time of her visit. 2 weeks after her visit we were charged an additional 129 dollars. We went to the clinic and like so many others had no success. Had to get irate to even get a actual person to talk to me and then they told me I had to go on the website and they would contact me. I did that 2 days ago and still haven't heard anything from them. To begin with my wife was misdiagnosed and I had to take her to the ER 2 days after her visit. She's a heart patient and was given medication that was not supposed to be given to heart patients and they had her heart racing so bad she almost had another heart attack. Not only do these people not know what their doing but their theves. I'm getting me a lawyer and going to sue plus get with the better business bureau. Stay away from these people. Their dangerous. For the company who responds to this post if you do. I've already been on your email and sent the message you said to send and I've gotten no response. So get ready to answer legally. "UPDATE " contact your financial institution and report this company. I did and there's a active fraud investigation currently going on with this company for taking money from people's accounts.
