- JLJames Langley1 day ago2.0Customer service was great until Leila walked in. She let me know loudly that they only offer one strip of tape while I was taping up two return packages for Amazon. I let her know that I would pay for the tape, even I would pay for the complete roll. She was very rude. Both packages were decent size packages, one was 48inches long the other was 30 inches long. A single piece of tape wouldn't have held either package. When I was complete, I offered to pay and did pay two dollars. The other lady that helped me was great.

Worker was not very helpful and seemed to be going slow on purpose. The entire store filled up and was cleared out in the time it took her to enter an address to ship a piece of mail.

When it became obvious I wasn’t keeping up or understanding what the site contained, Angelica asked for my phone and zipped through the procedure for me. She is such a big help. Too, she is nice, polite and considerate. Thank you, Angelica.
