Figs happy returns said put everything in box and they take care of rest, she complained about the box. Told her I was just following instructions. Then she complained about having to throw the box away, in a trash can cart full of UPS boxes! I offered to carry the box to the trash but she decided to ignore the offer!

I drove up and down every street near me and NO PORCH looks like the one they dropped my package off at. I'm convinced their driver saw a big Fashion Nova package and stole it! I'm in a financial hole because of this company! And they don't call you with an update they just hope that you let it go! I get packages WEEKLY and never have this problem. This was on purpose.
