  Love the self check-in kiosk for prepaid packages. Didn't have to wait in the line.

  I arrived outside this location last night around 5:55 and witness a customer with three large boxes standing outside the door employees were looking but no one opened the door. The customer tried to get their attention to let them know she had borrowed their dolly before closing time to unload her vehicle from the outside it look like the employees were very confused . One of the employees told the customer that they were closed and the customer was on the outside shaking trying to stay calm with the ups dolly and her package loaded on them .It was very unprofessional. I was really shocked because this location I hardly see this lady but she made me think twice about shipping there.

  The store states that is close a 6:00. I walked in at 5:54 and grabbed there dolly and the carrier looked at me and didn't say anything and the 3 women UPS workers that continued doing what they were doing and didn't say hello or can I help you or anything so I walked out to my car and got my boxes to drop off but then a younger lady (UPS worker with a pink hoodie) runs to the door and let a lady in and lock the door so I stand there knocking and they ignore me and then the other lady that had just walk in turned and looked at me and the younger UPS worker that locked the doors came and unlocked the door after she noticed that I have there dolly in my hand. When she opened the door and older lady (UPS worker) looked and was like we are closed and I said I was in here before her when the UPS guy was standing up here with you all I had walked in and y'all didn't say hello how can I help you or anything and she still looked as if I was telling a lie so I yelled and said "This is your dolly" and she just looked confused and walked away and asked the young work does she have labels and I said she it just a drop off and I was very upset. Note: The shipping and fees had already been paid so everything was taken care of all they had to do was scan and hand me a receipt. I spend hundreds of dollars two to three times a week on a current ongoing basis so I don't appreciate being treated that way.
