Does not scan anything that gets dropped off. Unless you manage to get the 1 kiosk they have (assuming it isn't down like it is half the time) or wait the 30 minutes in line to speak with somebody, they will scan nothing... even though they tell you to place prepaid packages there on the desk. They won't scan when picking up from any third party shipping locations either. Packages go days without being trackable

Terrible lines all the time. The clerks I’ve interacted with were nice but the facility is terrible. Waste of time. Might as well drive two towns over, it’d be faster. The driveway is a complete cluster. One way and only accessible via one street. And the drop box can only take letters and tiny packages. Silly

The staff was very helpful and polite. A little wait but worth it. The first post office that I did not come out with a headache in 40 plus years. Well done Auburn post office!

During 12-1 prime activity lunch time there was only 1 window/clerk open and 15 people in line waiting. Other ladies were walking around behind counter but were not helping customers. There is no excuse for workers to be present and not helping during a busy time. The one clerk that was working was very patient, professional and kind.

This post office saved me a huge headache. I had a package that was in route and unfortunately was not delivered due to some mail forwarding issue. I was afraid they were going to send the package back China, which was the original sender. I quickly ran to the office and Miss Sandra was very kind and had a huge sense of urgency in this matter… Long story short, she and Miss Pam were able to help me retrieve my package. Thank you guys for your help!!
