Hmmm, we pay for mail notifications from the USPS and somehow what it tells us will be delivered today hardly ever shows up today, sometimes it takes 3 days or more after being notified. is this place that overwhelmed by volume? is it understaffed? Or are the postal carriers just incapable ? The Auburn residents may never know.

This is easily the worst post office I've ever dealt with. Packages are constantly being scanned delivered but not actually being delivered. I assume the carriers are stealing the mail. And when you call the post office, they straight up ignore your call. I have submitted mail search requests and help requests on the website and this post office will not even acknowledge them. Every single person at this post office needs to be fired.

Very rude customer service. The lady that helped me off the bat was very impatient and angrily said I needed my package labeled before I could even tell her I had a qr code and continued snap at me. I understand customer service can get very annoying sometimes and she could have been having a bad day but I have shipped hundreds of packages and this has by far been the worst customer service I've had.(first time shipping at this location)

I have lived in Auburn since 2013. I have never one time had a decent experience in this post office. I just left after waiting for 20 minutes in line that never moved over somebody mailing an envelope. I don’t care if she’s mailing it to Timbuck too. it should not require the amount of time and effort that these people seem to be spending on one person then the postal worker put up her next window sign and there is literally no one else there to work with in line of about eight people standing there staring at each other. She commenced to count out her drawer cause I guess she’s leaving for the day, it’s 435. I left. I’ll go take my things to pac mail and they can come pick it up there in the morning. I will never step foot in this post office again. Something really needs to be done. It’s such an atrocious experience I believe it has given me a wicked case of PTSD
