Other ladies were walking around behind counter but were not helping customers. There is no excuse for workers to be present and not helping during a busy time. The one clerk that was working was very patient, professional and kind.

I quickly ran to the office and Miss Sandra was very kind and had a huge sense of urgency in this matter… Long story short, she and Miss Pam were able to help me retrieve my package. My packages have been delivered to other houses which I had to track down on multiple occasions. I’ve had a package delivered to the larger boxes yet not given the correct, or any, keys to open that box. This has gone on over the 4 years I’ve lived in Auburn. Very disappointing.
