I was told my only recourse is to file a complaint. I have filed a complaint with the post office, AL state consumer affairs, and spoken with the district congressman. I would suggest others do the same. They have failed to deliver and/or lost my driver’s license, financial documents for a new car and home, and a car title…and that is just what I know of.

Second, one box was completely destroyed. One Amazon delivery was delivered somewhere else. And lastly we got one package for someone else. How do they find these incompetent people. I wa5ch a young female mail carrier on 72 in Madison just dancing away in the vehicle while speeding, cutting people off, and not using signals when changing lanes and just driv8ng reckless.
