This is new and Amazon is of no help, saying that is automated. The deliveries are being left at the box, but even those too large - as in a large box- are being left either on top of the mailbox at the road or ON the road beside box! They usually deliver well past dark & they admitted as per tracking, they don’t enter ‘Delivered’ for anything at delivery showing stats - that is done later. I merely want packages delivered to my DOOR, and not an unsecured location beside the road!

I get alerts when my packages are delivered, however TWICE they were not, and no one at the post office is of any help. I am using another carrier, as this one is unreliable at best. I am also contacting the Post Master General about the poor performance of this post office. I will also be contacting the Post Master General in Texas, where my package was coming from. I'm not happy with the way things are handled here in Athens. I will also be renting a post box from a third party, and if packages are not received from the post office, they WERE NEVER RECEIVED FROM THE POST OFFICE. In reading these reviews, there is no effort in resolving issues. This is absolutely unacceptable.

I do not just give bad reviews because I can I try to give the benefit of the doubt during the holidays but when the postal service incompetence cost me business then I have no choice, I have been a resident of this city for 19 years. I have lived in the same location for that amount of time. They scan packages out for delivery and then a little over an hour after they have been to my house to deliver my mail they mark the package return to sender insuffecient address which is far from the truth. Another day this week they marked one of my packages as unable to access location again another straight up lie. I own a business and have deadlines to meet. If my supplies for my business don't arrive because of this nonsense I lose business because I cannot meet deadlines. This is unacceptable. Calling does no good as no one picks up the phone when you call. Now I have to drive across town and waste time trying to find out where my 2 missing packages are. Using your feedback form on the website does no good either. I do not recommend this business. I now am going to have to contact the sender of one of my packages to now resend the package to me because it was marked return to sender for insuffecient address which is not the case the sender had my correct address and confirmed as much with me before shipping my items. This is bad business and bad customer service.
