- SMStephen MonksJan 27, 20251.0Consistently get delivery status from the post office with boilerplate text making no sense as to why the package wasn’t delivered and suggesting a post office pickup. In the latest case the status was that a notice was left however that is untrue…again boilerplate text. I went to pick up the package and there was an older lady customer complaining about the same thing but no one was listening. The usual climate toward customers is that of the employees being too busy to listen.

I've called a couple of times to get a question answered or check on a package ( different times of the day), i get a rude response. Most of the time, he tells me he is busy and can't help, he's the only one....or call back in an hour or so.. or just get on the internet. I avoid this place at all cost. I wouldn't even rate it one star actually but I'm a nice person.
