So many times this year I've received a delivery exception notice. If the post office here can't deliver on time, when it's been out for delivery since early this morning, they need to be better or hire more capable employees. So far, they're not doing the job well at all. There's no urgency or anything positive whatsoever. Something needs to be done to fix the inefficient operation at this location. Terrible.

I love this post office the best! The counter guy is always fun and friendly, joking around. Tries to help find the cheapest most efficient way to ship your packages. I drive the extra miles to go there instead of my local post office because of the great service!

Although the employee was very busy she was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Refused service because I had my ADA service dog by my side. I walked into the building with my service dog . He was wearing a collar identifying him as a service dog. The woman behind the counter named Johnitra Hamilton, who happens to be the current Postmaster, asked me if he was a service dog. I replied yes she then told me that he was not a service dog because he wasn't wearing a vest. I calmly responded that the law does not require him to wear a vest. Her response was to inform me that she would not serve me and told me if I did not leave, she would have me escorted off the property. I told her what she was doing was illegal and she said she didn't care. I asked for her supervisor she said she was the supervisor and she again asked me to leave. Her behavior is a violation of the ADA. What she did is illegal. My only recourse was to file a complaint with the US Postal Service inspector general and the department of justice for ADA discrimination. We will see what will come of that. This is a travesty that a citizen with a disability is being treated this way. And the fact that this woman is in a position of leadership is an example of why the USPS is failing. I will go out of my way to avoid this location because this is disgusting.
