- KKKOLA KRAZENov 25, 20251.0HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I put 0 stars!!! I’ve NEVER in my 32 years of living had to deal with such a slow, lost, unprofessional post office in my life. I even hate to have packages delivered through them; I’d prefer UPS or FEDEX! They always hold packages longer than needed and their sorting facility will have the package in the city (Anniston) then send it back to Birmingham’s sorting facility which it came from. I’ve had them send stuff from here, to bham, to Anniston, ATL, and then back to Anniston like huh?? The site will give me a delivery date and I always expect a 3 day delay due to them. Then they always act lost and confused on what is happening. I’m always paying a fee to intercept packages at this point to meet my business needs. Anyway, I’ve been in this town 3yrs and this is the worse. HIRE NEW PEOPLE or come up with better strategies. Sheeesssh!
