The poor reviews are well-deserved at this location. The staff were unwilling to assist you, so I can't recommend going to this location

Our mail delivery is very erratic! Sometime delivered by 1:30 pm and other times, as today, 6:00 pm & mail truck nowhere in sight. Expecting a package? Just as likely to be delivered at someone else house! Never know if you are going to get your mail or package or not! Unhappy with anniston, al usps!

I know it’s about $$ and bigger than the local post office, but they got 1 dude (Darius) by himself when there were 3 people this morning! That’s just asinine to only have 1 person on the front desk during lunch time and/or immediately after lunch.
