  The employees are so helpful and nice here. I always have a good experience, but yesterday was extra helpful since I was sending a Christmas gift to an out-of-state family member. The employee, Dustin, was so nice and helpful with getting me a box to ship the gift in and taking care of getting it out. I know around the holidays retail employees have to deal with a lot of stuff and other peoples frustrations being taken out on them, and it's always so wonderful when they don't let that effect their attitudes. Highly recommend this location for all shipping needs.

  I just want to take a moment to shout out the amazing night crew at the UPS Store on Greenbrier. They truly went above and beyond for me. I came in to ship my family’s Christmas package, and I had no idea that UPS and USPS can’t ship travel-size hand sanitizers or body sprays and of course I had those in my box. Alyssa was the first one to let me know, but instead of just sending me away, she immediately offered to help me unpack everything so we could sort it out. She even connected with the night lead, Red who is always a whole vibe every time I come in. (Red and I always joke about our nicknames since she’s Red and I’m Blue!) Red stepped in to help me find an alternative way to ship my package, and it actually came out cheaper than my original quote. Honestly, the entire night crew made what could’ve been a stressful situation feel easy and smooth. They could’ve easily told me they couldn’t take the package and turned me away, especially during the busy holiday season, but instead they made sure my Christmas gifts would still make it to my family on time. I’ve always had great experiences at this location both for personal shipments and for my business but yesterday was truly the cherry on top. Huge thank you to Red, Allisa, Ren and Dustin. Your customer service is consistently amazing, and I appreciate y’all more than you know. Much love, Blue 💙

  we come from Talladega, and we just love going to the store Dustin he is the friendliest funniest nicest person. I think you have in that store. I always walk out with a smile. I enjoy talking to him. He takes great care of us. We won’t go anywhere else. Dustin is a amazing young man. We met him for the first time last year and I will wait in line to get him thank you.

  Everyone was so friendly and acknowledged me as soon as I walked in the door, even though that they were super busy. I had to email them documents that needed a notary republic to witness me sign and get shipped out. They got me in and out no problem all the while not skipping a beat with other costumers. Great job UPS employees!!!

  It was very busy just now and all registers were full and people were in line. The franchise owner was speaking to an employee in a very loud and demeaning way. As a customer it was embarrassing to hear. If this was a concern to be dealt with, it should have either been done privately or at least quietly. I really felt bad for the employee.
