- KSKelson StovallDec 23, 20251.0My package has been hit with a no access to delivery location on the 17th of December 2025, which is bs. It is accessible. The package is to long and he's to damn lazy to pull in my drive way and put it at the door. It also said that it would be tried again the next day well it is the 23rd now and that Christmas present is late. Thanks USPS! All the way from bumping China to get all the way to Altoona and some dude can't get out and walk 10 football to my door. Avoid this delivery service if at all possible.

- KRKara ReynoldsDec 29, 20224.0I enjoy conducting my business at the Altoona Post Office. They have the sweetest staff and very helpful towards your needs. Any time that I have needed assistance with my mail they would call me personally and let me know what I needed to do in order for them to correct any issues. There are only two things that I believe that they can improve on: One would the hours on thursday's, they are only open from 8am-12pm: Second, they never have enough money in their drawer to cash out money orders. I have to then go to Oneonta, 20 miles away to cash my money order. Other than those two things, the staff is great!
