I continued to call her for assistance and she ignored me as if she did not hear me. This is terrible and obviously by the other reviews this location is known for terrible service!

I have noticed that this crew is very lazy, the times I have went to this establishment I would notice one employee working, while the other two would be carrying on a conversation and laughing it up while the lobby is full of people.They treat you as if you're incompetent, as if they're on a power trip. My advice, use the Pelham location.
