Went into this post office to mail out an already completed passport renewal and the lady that worked there looked at me dead in my face and said, "we don't handle passports at this location, you'll need to go downtown." I told her it's already complete and I just need to mail it out and she wouldn't help me, she just repeated her goofy comment... Went to this place one time and it'll definitely be my last.
