Tried to call and speak with a person all got was a loop from ai answer system unable to speak with a real person. Really tired of automated systems for answering service. So now they will be unaware of their mistake. I will return it when i have time. Srry to the person who will not be getting their package before christmas

Overall great service and honestly wish it was my local post office!
