I have filed several missing mail searches as well as complaints to the postmaster, and have had 0 successful resolutions to my poor experiences. It is extremely frustrating when my business' reputation and finances rely on your services, that you fail to meet the minimum standard you set for yourselves.
- ALAlicia LutchanskyFeb 24, 20261.0Consistently marking packages as “Delivery Attempted” but not ACTUALLY attempting delivery, nor leaving a slip so you can pick it up. Seems to be they are just too lazy to bring it to the door. As a partially handicap personal this makes it very difficult for me. I pay for my personal mailbox annually, only to not have mail delivered or returned to the sender. If they can’t handle their job, maybe they should find another one!!!
