For Amazon returns, I highly recommend the Palmer location. Skip the lines and use their kiosk. Printing prices seems to lower here than Palmer though so that's a plus.

Extremely rude employee and lazy because he didnt want to box a return, tried to charge me for every ridiculous thing he could for an Amazon return which shouldn't cost anything per Amazon return

I usually don't take the time to do google reviews on local businesses but this one really pissed me off. This is second time i. past few months I "attempt" to use this store to do something that should be easy since I had prepaid labels both times. First time I took an amazon return and it was a little large, but I had prepaid label and I could see the back room when you walk in had other packages awaiting pick up that were as big already, to me it looked like the kid didn't want to lift it so he said they couldn't take it. Now today, I had to return an optic back to Vortex and the kid again at the front told me he couldn't send it because this store don't ship firearm parts... First of all, optics are not firearm parts and Vortex does not sell firearm parts. He said it was a store policy, so basically the owner is using their own beliefs to make rules for ups making them look bad. I went to a UPS store 9 miles away and they had no issues taking it....

This UPS store does not deserve even 1 star. I overnight shipped out fresh fish to my dad for fathers day and if it arrived past 3:00 pm the shipping fee would be refunded. Of course the fish was delivered past 3:00 pm and was ruined so I called to get a refund. Theresa who is an employee at this location told me she submitted a GSR request and that it was approved and that the refund would arrive in my mail in 10-15 days. 20 days later I still hadn't received the refund. I called and Theresa told me she would contact corporate. After weeks of calling and receiving the same answer from Theresa one day I called she told me the check had finally arrived but at their store so she had to request a new one. It is now AUGUST 25 3 months past the shipment day and I still have not been refunded. I decided to take matter into my own hands and contact corporate myself. I got in touch with them immediately and they told me they have no record of a refund. I called Theresa back and she said I "contacted the wrong department" and then proceeded to blame corporate for this mishap and told me she had been emailing them so I requested to see the emails and she said she would email me the emails. Never received the emails she apparently had "speaking to corporate." I believe Theresa stole my refund and is covering it up. They are now refusing to answer their phones. I had to open a dispute with my bank because of this incident. Incompetent store and people working there. Please do not come to this store and get robbed of your time and money.
