- KKKourtneyMar 20, 20251.0Few months ago had to return something for Amazon and it had a battery label and 2 day air, the people working at this UPS told me no, it needs to be ground if it has a battery as their driver wouldn’t accept it. Now I have another return with a battery and I made sure to get a ground shipping label from Amazon because of being told about no 2 day air for batteries, I took it in and after waiting a long wait, was denied service saying it had to be a 2 day air. I told all 3 employees “no, I was told by people at this ups that it HAS to be ground if it has batteries!” And they denied it and said their driver wouldn’t accept it if it was ground, the one lady even held up a little card that said something but wouldn’t let me read it before putting it back and told me to leave. I took said package to a different location and they accepted it with no questions asked. Employees at Wasilla ups are not trained and are refusing packages and changing their mind on what they will or won’t accept.
