- RMRyan MoranJun 8, 20215.0Im giving 5 stars because of the very, VERY hard work these employees do. I mean these people work so hard despite corporate refusing to send more workers. More than a 30 min wait time to pick up a package every time, really says something in terms of available staff. The open hours have been significantly cut due to lack of employees and the ones that have been loyal are getting overworked/ swamped. Better get on this corporate, the locals of Valdez and the employees of this office need you to step up.
