We ordered a new credit card terminal that had to be delivered to the shop address, it was adressed properly. It had the suite number. It was sent back to the shipper. We got no notification they didn’t attempt to deliver. Ridiculous. We simply cannot send anything by mail there we send it to our other location in Kenai.

I am absolutely sick of the way this Post Office operates. Is the USPS not federally funded? Is it not your JOB to deliver our mail? Then, I take my lunch to drive 20 minutes to get my package and the door was closed, and a line of 15 people waiting for service, so I still haven't gotten my packages. The absolute worst USPS EVER!
