We have had problems receiving mail at our K BEACH road location Since we opened in 2014. We ordered a new credit card terminal that had to be delivered to the shop address, it was adressed properly. It had the suite number. It was sent back to the shipper. We got no notification they didn’t attempt to deliver. Ridiculous. We simply cannot send anything by mail there we send it to our other location in Kenai.

Why did you guys lie multiple times on camera to cops in an effort to have someone arrested for not committing a crime 🤣

I love the way a tracking number says there's a package slip at 11am, but see the mailman leaving said slip at 3:45pm...then having to go to the Post Office and stand in line behind 15 or more people because they never have more than 2 people working the register while 4 more stand around behind closed signs or randomly wandering the building....THEN finding out the package (which was sent regular mail and didn't require a signature)was small enough that 6 or 8 would have fit in the mailbox with room to spare! If this is how my tax money is being wasted, I support defunding the USPS! Bringing up these complaints with anyone there is met with indifference and a "that's just how it is" attitude
