- JPJonathan Perez2 days ago1.0My mail for some reason keeps coming half open like torn on a corner to see what’s inside, they put my mail in my pobox with envelopes ripped half open, boxes with sensitive things ripped open and damaged, it’s like they are looking for something. I don’t know whose working there or what’s happening but I will be going to the post master putting another complaint because this has been an reoccurring issue and if I have to file a police report I will.

It's the community gathering point; you can't go in without seeing several people you know and have to talk to, so even if there's a wait, you're hanging out with friends. The people who work there are awesome, and remember every local customer by sight.

If they don't like their job and are unhappy there then find another job that makes you happy. As simple as that. AND the postal service LOST one of my packages from my dad . Which me and him are not pleased with the service here in Alaska. Only one of the people who work there was nice to go see if one of my packages was there and I'm glad someone still is nice there. There wasn't a problem like this in Haines my hometown. They were really nice and polite .
