Yes I’ve had to wait but I’ve had to wait at other places also. They are doing their best , I think if everyone could do a job that they complain about for a month, you may feel different

I typically don’t get a tracking update until the buyers local post office scans it for delivery which can take two weeks bc….Alaska. So I depend on that initial scan so buyers know their item is in usps possession. I started doing package pick up through usps website, first pick up they scanned bc I said something and now they’re not being scanned again. Guess I’ll be driving 15 to the wasilla post office. I have lived all over the country and never dealt with such an incompetent usps - shouldn’t even be open.

I've been a resident in Palmer for 6 years now and this post office has never let me down. Whenever I need to go mail a package, the line is long sometimes, but it's well worth waiting. Friendly staff, they definitely need to hire more people, but regardless, they are doing a great job of keeping this place running. Today I came in to mail a package, and I was in and out pretty quickly! I'll definitely be coming back for whenever I need to mail a package and I can guarantee that my package is in good hands with USPS.
- APAKtendy PS5Aug 14, 20251.0Package was lost for two months, finally got a notification it was found and being reshipped to Palmer post office, a week later randomly got notification it was “delivered in/on mailbox” we have a community mailbox with keys, so no signs of theft on our box. Checked the day it was delivered and it wasn’t there, gave them another day and still nothing. Have never had a package be missing for this long and to say it was delivered when it wasn’t is very disappointing, USPS need to be defunded it’s insane how they can just do whatever they want with no repercussions.
