If I could give negative stars, I would. Constant issues with delivery. Always an excuse. I can’t tell you how many times the supervisor has taken my number and says he will call me back and he never does.

Service seems to be based on where you live. When off Nelson our driver was great, and we never had any issues. When we moved 10 minutes down the road off Bradway we had a different driver who literally slammed a box (wasn't heavy at all, we watched and heard him slam it down) on its side (two arrows on every side of the box indicated which way faces up) and clearly labeled fragile on every side, at the food of our porch. Not even on the porch. Based on reviews, you'd think this post office would fire some of these incompetent drivers and higher some better people. Until then, we will just avoid using USPS.

This postal office has continually let me down and has cost me several hundred dollars. A credit card, sunglasses package, and a large box have all been marked as "Delivered" yet no package is to be found at the door or envelope in the mailbox... yet I know they can find it because my normal mail addresses to me still find their way in. Additionally, I've never had any issues with UPS or FedEx. Completely unacceptable service

They lost my package and tried to say they sent it out to the inspectors but when I called the inspectors they had no idea what they were talking about. The manger Ellie and the front desk lady Julie are rude and will do anything to just not help customers I tried to report them but nothing happened. Please consider watching these people for theft and rude behavior
