Been trying to call for 2 days now. They won’t pick up. Why even have a phone if you won’t answer it. I’m trying to make sure my family gets their Christmas presents on time but kinda hard when no one will answer.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Constant issues with delivery. Always an excuse. I can’t tell you how many times the supervisor has taken my number and says he will call me back and he never does.

Post office gave my package to someone else! My packages get held because they don't fit in my mail box. The postal worker didn't check the name on the package and gave it to someone else! Talked to the manager and he swears there is no way that could have happened since they check IDs, but several other people in the area have the same issue!
